Wild Onion And Potato Fry
A simple and satisfying fry featuring foraged or store-bought wild onions and crispy potatoes.

Russet Potatoes-peeled and cut into 1/2 inch fries
1 cup
Wild Onions-cleaned, bulbs and greens separated
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper

A simple and satisfying fry featuring foraged or store-bought wild onions and crispy potatoes.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Potatoes with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder in a large bowl.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip halfway through.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add Wild Onion bulbs to the baking sheet.
- Remove from oven and toss with Wild Onion greens. Serve immediately.
