WWII Spam Hash With Onions

Yellow Onions-thinly sliced

A simple, no-frills recreation of the classic WWII Spam hash, focusing on affordability and ease of preparation.
Instructions
- Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add Yellow Onions to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
- Add Spam cubes to the skillet with the onions.
- Cook, stirring frequently, until the Spam is heated through and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with Black Pepper. Serve immediately.
