Air Fryer Cheesecake Taquitos
A quick and easy dessert featuring creamy cheesecake filling rolled in tortillas and air fried to golden perfection.

Flour tortillas-6 inch

Cream cheese-softened
1/4 cup
Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract

A quick and easy dessert featuring creamy cheesecake filling rolled in tortillas and air fried to golden perfection.
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all Cheesecake Filling ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy.
- Lay out the Tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of Cheesecake Filling down the center of each tortilla.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Coating ingredients.
- Brush the rolled taquitos lightly with Oil.
- Dip each taquito into the Coating mixture, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Place the coated taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove toothpicks (if used) and serve immediately.
