  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted Butter and Dry Ranch seasoning mix.
  4. Spread the Butter mixture evenly over both cut sides of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cups of Cheddar cheese and cup of Monterey Jack cheese over the bottom half of the bread.
  6. Top with the cooked and crumbled Bacon.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cup of Cheddar cheese over the bacon.
  8. Place the top half of the bread over the cheese and bacon.
  9. Wrap the loaf loosely in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
