A simple and satisfying dish featuring roasted beef marrow spread on toasted bread, seasoned with parsley and sea salt.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place Beef Marrow Bones on a baking sheet. If desired, drizzle with Olive Oil.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until marrow is soft and easily scooped out.
- While marrow is roasting, toast Slices of Sourdough Bread to your desired level of crispness.
- Carefully scoop the roasted marrow from the bones and spread evenly onto the toasted bread.
- Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley-chopped, Sea Salt-flaky, and Black Pepper-freshly ground.
- Serve immediately.
