4 Beef Marrow Bones
8 Slices of Sourdough Bread
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley-chopped
1 tsp Sea Salt-flaky
1/2 tsp Black Pepper-freshly ground

A simple and satisfying dish featuring roasted beef marrow spread on toasted bread, seasoned with parsley and sea salt.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place Beef Marrow Bones on a baking sheet. If desired, drizzle with Olive Oil.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until marrow is soft and easily scooped out.
  4. While marrow is roasting, toast Slices of Sourdough Bread to your desired level of crispness.
  5. Carefully scoop the roasted marrow from the bones and spread evenly onto the toasted bread.
  6. Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley-chopped, Sea Salt-flaky, and Black Pepper-freshly ground.
  7. Serve immediately.
