Beefy Cheesy Taco Dip
A classic, crowd-pleasing taco dip perfect for parties or a casual snack. This version uses readily available ingredients and is quick to prepare.

Taco Seasoning

A classic, crowd-pleasing taco dip perfect for parties or a casual snack. This version uses readily available ingredients and is quick to prepare.
Instructions
- Brown the Beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the Taco Seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Cream Cheese and Sour Cream. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of the Shredded Cheddar Cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie plate or serving dish.
- Layer the seasoned Beef over the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with the diced Tomato, Green Onion, Black Olives, Salsa, and remaining Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
- If desired, sprinkle with minced Jalapeno.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
