  1. Brown the Beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Stir in the Taco Seasoning and cup water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the Cream Cheese and Sour Cream. Mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of the Shredded Cheddar Cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie plate or serving dish.
  6. Layer the seasoned Beef over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Top with the diced Tomato, Green Onion, Black Olives, Salsa, and remaining Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  8. If desired, sprinkle with minced Jalapeno.
  9. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
