1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Cooked Macaroni and Cheese (boxed is fine)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Egg Mixture ingredients until well combined.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all Buffalo Sauce ingredients.
  4. Gently fold the Cooked Macaroni and Cheese into the egg mixture.
  5. Add the Buffalo Sauce to the mac and cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Sprinkle Blue Cheese Crumbles over the top of each egg bite.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
