  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil Potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked Potatoes, diced Ham, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Peas, Milk, and Black Pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the Crushed Potato Chips evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
