A comforting and easy casserole featuring canned ham, potatoes, and a creamy sauce, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil Potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked Potatoes, diced Ham, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Peas, Milk, and Black Pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Crushed Potato Chips evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
