- Crush the Ramen: Place Ramen Noodle Packages in a large zip-top bag and crush into small pieces. You can use a rolling pin or your hands.
- Combine Salad Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine Lettuce, shredded Carrot, sliced Red Cabbage, and sliced Green Onions.
- Add Crunch: Add the crushed Ramen Noodles and Sunflower Seeds to the salad bowl.
- Dress the Salad: Pour the Dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
