Dinner has a soundtrack. 22 songs paced to this 90-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat Olive oil from the Vegetables group over medium-high heat. Brown the Beef in batches, then set aside.
  2. Add the Onion, Carrots, and Celery from the Vegetables group to the pot and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add the Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  3. Return the Beef to the pot. Add all ingredients from the Sauce group and the Beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 60 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
  4. Stir in the Elbow macaroni and cook for another 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of the Shredded cheddar cheese from the Other group until melted. Top with the remaining cheese and serve immediately.
