
Chicken Fried Pork Chops

Buttermilk

A comforting and flavorful dish featuring tender pork chops coated in a seasoned breading and fried to golden perfection.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and submerge the Pork Chops. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- In a separate shallow dish, combine all Breading ingredients.
- Remove Pork Chops from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Dredge each chop thoroughly in the Breading mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place the breaded Pork Chops in the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F/63°C).
- Remove Pork Chops from the skillet and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil. Serve immediately.
