  1. In a shallow dish, combine the Flour, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, and Salt for the steak coating.
  2. In another shallow dish, whisk together the Egg and Milk.
  3. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat thoroughly with the flour mixture again.
  4. Heat the Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
  7. To make the gravy, melt the Butter in the same skillet over medium heat.
  8. Whisk in the Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  9. Gradually whisk in the Beef Broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
  10. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  11. Stir in the Black Pepper and Salt.
  12. Pour the gravy over the fried steaks and serve immediately.
