Chili Cheese Dog Casserole
A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring hot dogs, chili, and plenty of cheese. Perfect for a weeknight meal or potluck.

Chili with Beans
2 cups
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup
Elbow Macaroni - uncooked
1/2 cup
Onion - chopped

A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring hot dogs, chili, and plenty of cheese. Perfect for a weeknight meal or potluck.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked Pasta, Chili, and cooked Onion.
- Slice the Hot Dogs and add them to the pasta mixture. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
