Heat Vegetable Oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add Ground Beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Add Onion and Jalapenos to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Black Pepper. Cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
Add Canned Diced Tomatoes, Canned Kidney Beans, Canned Pinto Beans, and Beef Broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 60 minutes, or up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
