🎙️ Cook with voice coach- In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt Butter over medium heat.
- Add Aromatics and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Potatoes and Broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
- Carefully mash some of the potatoes to thicken the soup (leave some chunks for texture).
- Stir in Milk, Heavy Cream, Salt, and Pepper.
- Add Molasses and stir to combine.
- Heat through, but do not boil. Serve hot.
