  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, combine all Pudding ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until thickened.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until set.
  4. While the pudding bakes, prepare the Lard Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the Lard over medium heat.
  5. Whisk in the Brown Sugar and Heavy Cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the Vanilla Extract.
  7. Let the pudding cool slightly before serving. Drizzle generously with the Lard Sauce.
