1/4 cup Orange juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all Cranberries, Liquid, Sweetener, and Flavorings ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and discard the orange zest strip.
  4. Let cool completely. The sauce will thicken further as it cools.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
