  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve cup pasta water before draining.
  2. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Italian seasoning, Salt, and Black pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  4. Remove Chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add Garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in Heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Pesto and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. If sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
  7. Slice Chicken and add it to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  8. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
