Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut Pita breads into wedges and toss with Olive oil. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a large skillet, brown Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in Taco seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
- Assemble bowls: Divide crispy pita chips among four bowls. Top with seasoned Ground beef, Shredded cheddar cheese, Diced tomatoes, Sliced black olives, Sliced green onions, and Pickled jalapeños.
- Dollop with Sour cream and serve immediately.
