  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut Pita breads into wedges and toss with Olive oil. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. In a large skillet, brown Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in Taco seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Assemble bowls: Divide crispy pita chips among four bowls. Top with seasoned Ground beef, Shredded cheddar cheese, Diced tomatoes, Sliced black olives, Sliced green onions, and Pickled jalapeños.
  5. Dollop with Sour cream and serve immediately.
