  2. Make Cheese Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and stir in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  3. Make Pub Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  4. Slice pretzel buns in half. Spread Pub Sauce on both halves of each bun.
  5. Place bacon on the bottom half of each bun. Pour Cheese Sauce over the bacon.
  6. Top with the other half of the pretzel bun. Serve immediately.
