In a large bowl, combine Warm Milk, Active Dry Yeast, and Granulated Sugar. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Add Salt and melted Unsalted Butter to the yeast mixture. Gradually add All-Purpose Flour, 1/2 cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Alternatively, knead with a dough hook in a stand mixer for 4-5 minutes.
Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 60-75 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Gently punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a round roll.
Place rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Whisk together Egg and Water for the Egg Wash. Brush the tops of the rolls with the Egg Wash.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
