  1. Cook Egg Noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add Cremini Mushrooms and White Button Mushrooms to the skillet and cook until browned and softened, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Flour over the mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually whisk in Beef Broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in Sour Cream, Dijon Mustard, and Worcestershire Sauce. Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the mushroom sauce over Egg Noodles. Garnish with Fresh Parsley.
