Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the Onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic powder, Salt, and Pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the Diced tomatoes and Kidney beans to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- To assemble, open a bag of Fritos corn chips. Top with the Chili, Shredded cheddar cheese, Sour cream, and Diced onion.
- Serve immediately.
