1 Onion-diced
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 Can diced tomatoes-undrained

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, brown the Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the Onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic powder, Salt, and Pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add the Diced tomatoes and Kidney beans to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. To assemble, open a bag of Fritos corn chips. Top with the Chili, Shredded cheddar cheese, Sour cream, and Diced onion.
  6. Serve immediately.
