  2. Form the Bombs: Take two slices of bread and place them side-by-side. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the Cheese Filling onto one slice of bread. Top with the other slice of bread.
  3. Coat the Bombs: Dip each sandwich into the beaten Egg, then coat thoroughly with Breadcrumbs.
  4. Grill the Bombs: Heat 2 tablespoons of Butter in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the bread bombs into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Repeat: Repeat steps 2-4 with the remaining bread and filling. Serve immediately.
