1 pound Beef Liver
1 medium Onion-chopped
2 Carrots-grated
2 stalks Celery-chopped
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Soak Breadcrumbs in Milk for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all Liver, Vegetables, Binder, and Seasoning ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together Glaze ingredients. Spread evenly over the top of the loaf.
  6. Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
