Dinner has a soundtrack. 13 songs paced to this 61-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in Taco Seasoning and set aside.
  3. Halve Avocados and remove the pits. Scoop out a little of the avocado flesh to create a larger cavity for the filling.
  4. Prepare Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Milk and heat through. Gradually add Cheddar Cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Fill each Avocado half with the seasoned Ground Beef, then top with Cheese Sauce.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Black Olives, Sour Cream, and Sliced Jalapeños before serving.
