  1. Place Potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain Potatoes and return to the pot. Mash until smooth.
  3. Add Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, and Milk to the mashed Potatoes. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. Stir in Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
  5. Gently fold in half of the Cheddar Cheese and half of the Bacon.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with the remaining Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, and Green Onions.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
