  2. In a large bowl, combine all Meatballs ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  6. While meatballs are baking, prepare the Sauce. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  8. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
  9. Serve immediately.
