  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook frozen Broccoli Florets according to package directions; drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add shredded Chicken and cooked Broccoli to the Sauce and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. In a separate small bowl, combine Crushed Ritz Crackers and Melted Butter.
  7. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
