A classic comfort food casserole with chicken, creamy sauce, and a cheesy topping.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Season Chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle Filling (Rotel, cheddar cheese, and crushed Ritz crackers) evenly over the sauce.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bubbly.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
