Dinner has a soundtrack. 11 songs paced to this 62-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine all Base ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a rolling boil.
  3. Continue boiling for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Do not stir once it reaches a rolling boil, or it may crystallize.
  4. Remove from heat and immediately stir in all Peanut Butter ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Let cool completely at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy.
