Tender steak bites seasoned with sage and garlic, perfect as an appetizer or light meal.

Sirloin Steak-cut into 1-inch cubes

Tender steak bites seasoned with sage and garlic, perfect as an appetizer or light meal.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Add Steak to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated steak to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked to desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
- While steak is cooking, prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Beef Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, and Cornstarch.
- Pour Sauce into the skillet with the steak and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
- Serve immediately.
