  1. In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and mix gently. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill or pan-fry the burger patties to your desired doneness.
  3. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
  4. Place a roasted green chile on top of each burger patty during the last minute of cooking to warm through.
  5. Top each burger with a slice of Monterey Jack Cheese and allow to melt.
  6. Spread Sauce on both halves of the hamburger buns.
  7. Assemble the burgers with lettuce and tomato slices.
