  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place Salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
  5. Brush the Salmon fillets with Olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with the Seasoning mixture.
  6. Arrange Lemon slices on top of the Salmon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the Salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve immediately.
