Parmesan-Crusted Pepperoni Chips

Crispy, savory pepperoni chips coated in a simple parmesan crust. A quick and easy snack or appetizer.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine all Parmesan Crust ingredients.
- Arrange Pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan Crust mixture evenly over the Pepperoni slices, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the pepperoni is crispy and the parmesan is golden brown. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
