2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 lb Ground Beef
1 packet Taco Seasoning

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Rotini Pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with Olive Oil and Italian Seasoning. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy, creating Pasta Chips.
  3. While Pasta Chips are baking, brown Ground Beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in Taco Seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the salad: Spread Pasta Chips on a large platter. Top with seasoned Ground Beef, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Black Olives, Sour Cream, Guacamole, and Sliced Jalapeños.
  5. Serve immediately.
