Instructions
  1. Toast the Bread to your desired level of crispness.
  2. While the bread is toasting, mash the Avocado in a small bowl with a fork. Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed Avocado evenly over the toasted Bread.
  4. Spread the Pesto over the Avocado.
  5. Cook the Egg to your liking (fried, poached, or scrambled).
  6. Place the cooked Egg on top of the Pesto and Avocado.
  7. Sprinkle with Red Pepper Flakes, additional Salt, and Black Pepper to taste.
