Dinner has a soundtrack. 22 songs paced to this 107-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the Pork over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the Aromatics to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the pork and onions.
  4. Add the Beans to the pot and stir to combine.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for at least 60 minutes, or up to 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce should thicken and the pork should be tender.
  6. Serve hot.
