  1. Cook Ramen Noodles according to package directions, but discard the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook Bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving bacon grease in the skillet.
  3. Whisk together all Sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add cooked Ramen Noodles to the skillet with the bacon grease. Pour Sauce over the noodles and toss to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in Frozen Peas and cooked Bacon. Cook for another minute until peas are heated through.
  6. Garnish with Green Onions and serve immediately.
