  4. Heat Vegetable Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, flattening slightly with the back of a spoon.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm.
