  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Chicken with 1 tbsp Olive oil, Garlic powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the Vegetables with the remaining 1 tbsp Olive oil, Salt, and Pepper.
  4. Spread the Vegetables in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Place the Chicken on top of the Vegetables.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the Chicken is cooked through and the Vegetables are tender.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
