1 pound Shrimp-medium, peeled and deveined
1 cup Lime juice-freshly squeezed
1/4 cup Lemon juice-freshly squeezed
1/2 cup Red onion-finely diced
1/2 cup Tomato-diced

Instructions
  1. Cut the Shrimp into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a glass bowl, combine the Shrimp with all Citrus Marinade ingredients. Ensure the Shrimp is fully submerged in the juice.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes, or until the Shrimp turns opaque and pink.
  4. Drain the Shrimp, discarding the marinade.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the Shrimp with all Vegetables and Seasoning ingredients.
  6. Mix well and serve immediately with tortilla chips or tostadas.
