  1. In a large skillet, brown the Ground Beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Pour the sauce over the browned Ground Beef and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Lay out four Flour Tortillas. Sprinkle cup of Cheddar Cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Top the cheese with of the Sloppy Joe mixture. Sprinkle another cup of Cheddar Cheese over the Sloppy Joe mixture.
  5. Top with another Flour Tortilla.
  6. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook the quesadillas for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve immediately.
