Slow Cooker Beef Tacos
Classic, easy beef tacos made in the slow cooker for tender, flavorful meat. Perfect for a weeknight meal!
Classic, easy beef tacos made in the slow cooker for tender, flavorful meat. Perfect for a weeknight meal!
Instructions
- Place the Beef in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine all Taco Seasoning ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the beef.
- Pour the Beef Broth and Apple Cider Vinegar over the beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is very tender.
- Shred the beef with two forks.
- Warm the Corn Tortillas according to package directions.
- Serve the shredded beef in the warm tortillas with your favorite Toppings.
