A classic, easy slow cooker pork roast with a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce.
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
- Rub the Pork roast with the Seasoning mixture, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned Pork roast in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and pour over the Pork roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the Pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the Pork with two forks and serve with the sauce.
