1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder

A classic, easy slow cooker pork roast with a sweet and tangy cranberry sauce.

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all Seasoning ingredients.
  2. Rub the Pork roast with the Seasoning mixture, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned Pork roast in the slow cooker.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and pour over the Pork roast.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the Pork is tender and easily shredded.
  6. Shred the Pork with two forks and serve with the sauce.
