1 medium Yellow Onion-chopped
2 cloves Garlic-minced

Instructions
  1. Combine all Base ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Add all Seasoning ingredients to the slow cooker and stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Carefully transfer the soup to a blender (or use an immersion blender) and blend until smooth.
  5. Return the blended soup to the slow cooker.
  6. Stir in the Creamy Element and heat through for 15-20 minutes. Do not boil.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
