Place the Chuck Roast in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the Roast with the Seasoning ingredients.
Add the Vegetables around the Roast.
Pour the Beef Broth and Worcestershire Sauce over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, or until the roast is fork-tender.
Shred the roast with two forks and serve with the vegetables and cooking liquid.
