  1. Season Chicken with Salt, Pepper, and Paprika.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove Chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt Butter. Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Sprinkle Flour over the Onion and Garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually whisk in Chicken Broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Add Thyme and Rosemary to the Sauce. Return Chicken to the skillet.
  8. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until Chicken is cooked through and tender.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
